In this formal research project I'm compose an argument for the question “Can the “three good things” gratitude process have a positive impact on my well-being?”. Before I started writing this research project I went threw the “three good things” proses to get primary data for my project. The three good things proses is when you write down three good thing that happened to you that day and the reasons they happened, I do this for one week. I also took the time to read throw What is Positive Psychology & Why Is it Important, and watch Martin Seligman's PERMA (Video of Seligman Discussing the Model) to get a better understanding of Martin Seligman before starting this project. Since starting this project I've composed a number of blog posts about my research and I'm writing process. The first being blog 10, where I journal my three good things proses. Second being blog 11, in this blog post I wright a letter to Dr. Seligman about the results of my three good things process. Third being blog 12 where I defined key terms I'm going to be using in my project. My goal from doing these blog posts and reading up on Dr. Seligman is to help create a well defined, well thought-out research project.
In my research project draft two I revised my introduction and added a number of specific journal entries into my finding section.
